Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the top line and bottom line of the financial year budget
- Setting up and regularly reviewing KPI’s for department heads for smooth cross-department operations
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow processes and reduce costs for increased efficiency
- Providing leadership and steering company culture in a positive direction
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of experience
- Prior experience in Retail Apparel and Fashion is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
