Job Description
Job Requirements:
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of Department Heads (Development, Facility, HR, IT, Leisure, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Directs the development of the team with an emphasis on maximizing the value of the existing property portfolio and growing the portfolio through acquisitions, disposals, development, and value creation.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Provide leadership to those under your command so that they might take more initiative in their roles
Collaborate with Executive Directors on five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution
Assist the Finance Manager with financial projections, budgeting, and analyses of existing programs and policies
Develops the departmental strategic plans for operations departments and ensure approval by the Management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the organization’s property management portfolio, development projects, and pipeline under the direction of the Board and Executive Director (ED).
Foster a success-oriented, data-driven, team-building culture within Operations.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in Property Management
- Degree related to property management/ MBA would be added Qualification
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
