Job Description
Position: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operation specialized with sales & marketing team (Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse Admin, etc.)
- Overall responsibility in driving & overlook operations in the entire organization.
Requirements:
- The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- MBA holders will have an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess at least 15 years of hands-on Marketing / Business Development experience in the FMCG/Consumer/Food manufacturing industry.
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years GM/AGM level experience in a reputed FMCG/Consumer/Food organization in the Marketing division.
- Marketing Senior Managerial Experience in Food & Beverages Company will be an added advantage.
- Salary: 1.2 M-1.4 M (Negotiable depending on current salary capabilities)
