ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading commercial bank with over 175 branches and 3,00 staff in Colombo.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and implementing Human Resources plans
- Analyzing and updating company policies
- Evaluating training programs
- Overseeing HR personnel
- Building effective hiring and onboarding procedures
- Implementing compensation and benefits plans
- Managing talent acquisition programs
- Contributing to healthy work structures
- Building a positive work environment
- Staying updated on HR tools and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 12-15 years of HR experience, 5 years as Senior Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Management
- MBA/MSc will be an advantage
