Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Management and Board of Directors.
- Lead risk management and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Assist in developing risk management strategies and implementing them across treasury functions.
Candidate Profile
- Over 10 years of experience in Finance with 5-6 years in a similar leadership capacity.
- CFA or equivalent qualification from a recognized/professional institute.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in building and leading a high-performing finance team.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Overseas experience is an added advantage.
