Overview: We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function, develop operational strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting to the executive team and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to business strategy and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights for critical decisions.
• Analyze tenders, proposals, and market changes.
• Present financial results to the Board of Directors.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience, 10+ years in senior financial role.
• Strong experience in financial management and reporting.
• ERP implementation experience is a plus.
