Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Executive Officer at Skysailors Travels Pvt Ltd located in Kurunegala. As the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and driving the company’s growth and success. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company’s vision and strategy, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the company’s long-term sustainability and profitability.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership position, preferably as a CEO or in a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and growing a company
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations
- Ability to drive innovation and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
