We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef-Head specialized in Nikkei Cuisine to join our team. As a Chef-Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative Nikkei dishes, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique culinary experiences. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and extensive knowledge of Nikkei cuisine are required.
