Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth within assigned product categories.
- Achieve consistent growth in the assigned categories and manage the product portfolio effectively.
- Utilize consumer insights to improve products and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop promotional plans and pricing strategies to optimize sales.
- Collaborate with different departments for successful strategy execution.
Personal Profile:
- SLIM/CIM/CIMA or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is essential.
Skills:
- Ability to provide creative ideas and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
