Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance, guide the sales team, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate the team for outstanding results and a high-performance culture.
• Dealer Network Development: Build a strong dealer network to enhance brand reach.
• Brand Custodianship: Act as the brand ambassador and ensure alignment with brand values.
