Job Description

Our client, involved in retailing and manufacturing, is seeking a Category Manager – Agro Business to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the category and identify growth opportunities
• Craft category strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Establish product specifications, pricing, and align with production to meet market needs
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to decision-making
• Implement monthly promotions and lead generation initiatives
• Manage dealer relationships and support sales teams
• Support sales and dealer teams at national and regional events
• Execute marketing efforts by creating category-focused collaterals

Personal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience in agricultural machinery/hardware industry
• Proven experience in category management or product marketing within consumer goods
• Knowledge of tractor operation and usage
• Strong analytical and exceptional communication skills
• Frequent domestic and occasional international travel may be required
