Job Description
Join us as a Catalogue Management Specialist at Orfium where you will manage Content Management Systems (CMS) for our record label clients. Your key responsibilities include resolving reference overlaps, identifying invalid references, and managing non-manual disputes for smooth operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee CMS activities for assigned record label clients.
- Address flagged issues from Content ID within 30 days.
- Promote effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Ensure top-notch work quality and accuracy.
- Support special projects when required.
- Foster positive relationships and a productive work environment.
- Strive for continuous improvement through feedback.
- Perform other delegated duties.
Requirements:
- Education: GCE A/Ls or equivalent qualification.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to multitask amid pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Intermediate music knowledge and experience.
- Sound in email communication.
- Positive demeanor with flexibility for varied shifts.
