Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Cargo Operations Trainee at FITS Cargo (Pvt) Limited in Katunayake. Responsibilities include monitoring cargo movement, providing customer service, handling reservations, data entry, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring cargo movement and keeping parties informed
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following up on reservations
- Performing duties at stations
- Entering data on Fits Cargo platforms
- Planning, executing, and monitoring cargo activities
- Interacting with customers and vendors
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Fresh graduates or minimum 6 months experience in logistics or cargo operations
- Familiarity with air cargo operations is advantageous
- Interest in pursuing a career in the air cargo industry
