Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caregiver at Government of Sri Lanka located in Balapitiya. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily care and support to individuals in need, assisting with personal tasks, monitoring health conditions, and offering companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic medical knowledge and first aid skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- Patience and empathy towards individuals in need
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Certification in caregiving or related field is a plus
