Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Operator at Hypen Holdings. As a Call Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support and assistance, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
