Role Description: The Guest Services Associate role is a full-time position at The Kingsbury in Colombo. Responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, managing reservations, and facilitating communication between guests and hotel staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and guest service skills
- Reservation experience with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve challenging situations calmly
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Prior hospitality industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred
