Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our recruitment consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls using a provided script
- Introduce SkilledSearch’s services and identify client needs
- Schedule appointments for recruitment consultants
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve call targets and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- 1 year sales support or customer service experience preferred
- Proven call center or telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle rejection
