Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Call Center Operator. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for providing customer support and excellent service to patients contacting the hospital. This will include answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries and appointments, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. The Call Center Operator will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
