Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Call Center Executive based in Colombo to cater to our valued customers in the Australian time zone. As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of calls effectively.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide support.
- Offer accurate information about products and services.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
