Job Description

SCICOM is looking to recruit Junior Customer Service Executives for our Bank Contact Centre project.

This entry-level role is perfect for recent school graduates or individuals who have just completed a study program.

Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Candidates fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil will be preferred. Having completed a course in accounting or banking is a plus.

The position requires working on a rotating schedule and delivering excellent customer service to clients.
