Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for customer support, service, communication, contact centers, and sales on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Contact Centers and Sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to handle high volume calls and prioritize tasks
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in customer service is beneficial
