Well-known leasing company in Sri Lanka is seeking to hire Call Center Executives immediately. We are looking for a Call Center Representative to be the bridge between our company and customers. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and upselling products. The ideal candidate must have previous customer support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet targets. High school graduates are welcome to apply.
