Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive at Celeste Daily in Colombo. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service to our customers. This includes handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, addressing customer inquiries and issues, assisting with sales inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
