Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of ICT products focused on corporate clients.
• Draft requirement specs, business cases, go-to-market strategy, and have solutions developed and delivered.
• Identify corporate customer requirements and formulate suitable ICT solutions.
• Improve products/Solutions with feature additions and alterations.
• Build business partnerships with related service providers to achieve set objectives.
• Present solutions or deliver trainings internally/externally on assigned projects if required.
• Evaluate and improve the developed solutions on a continuous basis according to the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICT or in a Mobile Network Operator (MNO), attached to a Business Analyst, Product/Project Management role will be an added advantage.
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Strong administrative, logical, and analytical skills.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages, with knowledge in Project Management tools as an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
