Toner.lk, founded in 2010, is the first online printer and supplies store in Sri Lanka. The company aims to make printer supplies readily available by offering toners, ink cartridges, A4 paper, laptops, printers, and consumables with delivery services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Operations Coordinator in Colombo. The coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day business operations, providing analytical support, assisting with administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Business Operations and Administrative Assistance Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
