Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engagement teams with seamless coordination across multiple locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support engagement economics by maintaining accurate project budgets and tracking expenses.
- Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Collate relevant client information and communicate it effectively to the team.
- Ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed before submission, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Identify issues and exceptions proactively, informing the regional engagement team promptly to facilitate resolution.
- Work proactively to respond to the needs of regional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly or bi-weekly calls with regional counterparts, providing progress and status updates.
- Actively solicit feedback on work performed and take appropriate action to implement improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of general business operations experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Confident and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with leaders and peers effortlessly.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and follow up diligently.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise and plan accordingly.
