Job Description
Job Summary: The Team Head will lead a team of 15 people responsible for selling solutions and services on the Microsoft platform for data, AI, and business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft platform and its capabilities, as well as experience in managing a team and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of 15 people selling solutions on the Microsoft platform
– Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Collaborate with other teams for high-quality service delivery
– Stay updated on Microsoft platform developments
– Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience
– Strong understanding of Microsoft platform
– Experience in team management and driving sales
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Selling experience in developed/overseas markets is a plus
