Job Description
HRC Labs was established to lead the technological transformation of HealthRecon Connect (HRC). We focus on enhancing healthcare delivery through intelligent automation solutions for providers, improving operating margins, and reducing administrative burden.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Monitor and optimize dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy
- Support upgrades and troubleshooting
- Participate in data warehouse designing
- Create technical documentation
- Collaborate with team to understand BI requirements
- Develop efficient data models and schemas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in Power BI
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with R/Python is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with perseverance
- Effective communication skills
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM SL time
Other Features: Full-time, US calendar applicable
