Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Partner Sales Manager to join our team at DELTASPIKE. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our channel partner network and driving joint sales efforts to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Grow cybersecurity business through strategic channel partnerships
- Utilize data insights to improve partner performance
- Onboard and support new channel partners
- Develop partner programs for training and marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution
- Provide updates to senior management and attend industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- 3-5 years experience in IT channel partner management
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Experience with CRM software and partner tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
