Role Description
• Continuously seeking new opportunities to improve market share by proactively being involved in the lead generation process.
• Promoting existing and new product sales as per the plan to existing clients and prospects in coordination with other relevant teams.
• Achieving monthly budgets and forecasts for revenue, profit, and cash flow while maintaining optimum profitability on every sale.
Maintaining the highest level of satisfaction throughout the customer engagement process.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing SLIM/CIM.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
