Job Description
As a member of Tasma Group, Tasma Global Ventures is a leading manpower and HR solution provider for overseas, with its UAE office in Dubai. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our overseas business expansion from Dubai and bolster sales operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in a GULF-related country
- Conduct cold/business calls, manage end-to-end recruitment process, operate in a KPI-driven environment
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance against targets, build new leads and sales channels
- Handle embassy procedures, proficiency in English and Hindi/Arabic will be a plus
- Computer literacy in CRM software including MS Office
