Job Description
We are seeking young & energetic individuals for our reputed client company (private hospital) based in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Create and apply an effective sales and business development strategy for the organization.
- Driving sustainable financial growth through revenue generation programs and client relationships.
- Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, and networking with KOLs.
- Create awareness and build relationships with consultants and track business growth KPIs.
- Improve internal business processes to achieve business plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of work experience in sales and marketing at a managerial level.
- Exposure to healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder relationship building skills.
