Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Maliban Milk Products (Pvt) Ltd, located in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry would be a plus.
