Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define marketable overall and sub-sector propositions for the Colombo Port City Special Economic Zone (CPCSEZ) supported by research
- Develop strategic relationships with local and foreign entities in the industry
- Advise and facilitate sector specific investments in CPCSEZ
- Established relationships within the industry and relevant stakeholders globally
- Implement industry specific strategies to penetrate international markets
- Provide proactive solutions to address industry concerns and investors
- Develop and present strategies and plans to senior management
- Assist potential investors in developing business models and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective investors
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Experience in strategy, consulting, business development, sales and marketing
- Exposure to multinational services businesses and international markets preferred
- Understanding of tax, regulatory and legal environments
- Strong client facing, negotiating and business development skills
