Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Lkcareers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the software/IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and work towards increasing sales volume.
- Regularly visit existing customers and actively canvass for new customers to build long-term relationships.
- Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Address customer complaints related to products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor pricing, and track new product launches.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor outstanding dues, provide necessary information to customers, and collaborate with the finance department for collections.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma, Postgraduate, or Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the software/IT industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- A proactive approach to managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
