Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing business development, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve corporate goals.
- Expanding the customer base to drive revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships.
- Implementing targeted marketing efforts for brand presence.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying conversion opportunities.
- Collaborating with partners for business growth.
- Staying updated on industry trends, products, and competition.
- Participating in product roadmap planning and customization.
- Coordinating with internal technical teams for sales activities.
- Managing recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, & marketing.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive businesses to target achievement.
- Business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
