Job Description
About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with government and large corporate sectors in the enterprise business department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers and partner ecosystem to identify business opportunities based on strategic partnerships.
- Conduct deep industry and customer insights to map the industry landscape with companies’ business opportunities.
- Pitch Huawei products and solutions at different levels of customers with the support of the Solutions team.
- Manage sustainable customer relationships based on a fundamental understanding of the customers’ business and stakeholder objectives.
- Innovate and develop new business models based on customer needs and requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycles from generating leads to initial engagement to final acceptance and collection.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure quality and profitability in delivery by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on all business transactions.
Person Profile:
- Motivated individual who achieves shared goals and results by providing a helping hand to others.
- Service-oriented team player who creates a work environment that sparks focused approaches to drive company growth.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualifying experience in key account management/business development (B2B) preferably in corporate and government sectors. Individuals who have engaged in pre-sales and want to move into business development are welcomed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, Management, or Marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification in a similar field.
- Familiarity with communications channels and skilled in building strong professional relationships while having the ability to make enhancements and improvements to the processes involved.
