Job Description

Scope:

• Identify and service customer needs, both existing and new accounts
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and support
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and end-to-end coordination
• Collaborate with the sales team, prepare quotations, and ensure sales equipment availability
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and generate leads through various channels

Person Profile:

• 2-4 years of similar role experience
• Must have hands-on experience in device selling (Notebooks/Desktops)
• Strong analytical, negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and good customer handling etiquette

Educational Qualification:

• Solid academic background with minimum GCE A/L
• Degree/diploma in relevant discipline is an advantage
