We are looking for a high-performing individual in the capacity of Manager – Business Development to help us meet our corporate strategy and objectives related to the above solutions. These solutions will bring extreme value additions through technology and new business model innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Acquire and expand the customer base to achieve revenue growth.
- Targeted marketing efforts to ensure a strong brand presence.
- Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with partners/vendors for business growth.
- Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and manage product road maps.
- Recruiting, coaching, motivating, and monitoring subordinates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales & marketing in fintech & Banking.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, and influence effectively.
- Proven ability to drive businesses to achieve targets.
- Strong industry expertise, and people management skills.
