Job Description
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Gather data on customer needs to inform marketing and business development strategies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Target clients who would benefit from EFL 3PL’s services.
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies. Present EFL 3PL’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Address concerns and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create customized proposals and presentations, showcasing the benefits of EFL 3PL’s services in enhancing clients’ supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of new contracts, aligning services with client requirements.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay updated on trends.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and business development strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote EFL 3PL’s services through digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
