Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth in the assigned regions.
• Oversee the daily operations of Business Development Officers.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Sub-representatives and customers.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and year-over-year growth.
• Gather and analyze competitor information to drive decision-making.
• Mentor and guide your team to ensure success.

Qualifications:

• G.C.E Advance Level, Part qualified in CIM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
