Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven Experience in Working with Modern Market Channels
- Knowledge of the FMCG and HORECA sectors
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
