Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls with the aim of promoting and selling our company’s products and services.
- Digital Lead Coordination: Identify and generate promising leads, passed on to the outside sales team for further action.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Script Utilization: Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to provide informed recommendations aligning with customer needs.
