Job Description
Overview:
Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, is a global hospitality technology provider with 17+ years of experience, serving small and medium-sized accommodation businesses worldwide.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage regional customers’ queries.
- Generate and convert leads into business.
- Plan up-sales with existing customers.
- Suggest product changes based on customer feedback.
- Develop customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in Hotel Sales.
- Fluency in English and regional language.
- End to End Sales/Marketing experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
