Job Description

We are a leading Recruitment Company in Colombo, Sri Lanka, seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting customers nationwide, focusing on industrial zones to generate new business opportunities. Ideal candidates have a background in relationship building, target-oriented mindset, and integrity. Experience in the electrical sector, especially in medium and low voltage areas, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial zones.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions with engineering support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Provide reports on customer visits, business opportunities, and market trends.

Key Skills And Qualifications:

• 3-5 years business development or sales experience, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
