Job Description

We are Phyxle, a fast growing Web Development Company in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development. They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills. They should be confident with building new sales engagements and maintaining existing sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
• Dedication and commitment toward achieving goals
• Plan and Implement the Marketing Strategies
• Identifying customer requirements & provide suggestions to the customer with the company solutions
• Consistently following up on customer inquiries within the stipulated timelines
• Updating and maintaining an accurate record of all daily inquiries in a timely manner
• Ability to Online/Physical (Colombo) meetings with company representatives (Transport will be provided)

Qualifications

• Excellent in English is compulsory
• Knowledge and experience in IT
• Minimum 1 year Experience in Sales or Marketing environment
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients’ interest with the services offered by the company
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to speak in Sinhala would be an added advantage
• Dip, HND in Sales & Business Development, CIM/ SLIM (fully / partially) or equal qualification will be added advantage
• Positive attitude, highly motivated

• You may need to work from home
• But have to attend Physical meetings only in Colombo, depending on the need.
• Basic salary plus Attractive Commissions monthly
