Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at IDEA in Colombo. Responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive sales growth and build client relationships.
Qualifications:
- New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Strong business communication abilities
- Sales experience and ability to develop new business opportunities
- Client relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of gifting industry and BTL advertising is a plus
