Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Colombo. The Business Development Executive will work within the “Management Systems Certification Service Line in Colombo Office.
Qualifications
- Elaborate Marketing & Sales plan across a multi-disciplinary Industry aiming at development of the business and rapid growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with Clients
- Define and achieve monthly sales objectives and marketing plans according to BV Strategic Plan.
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of all sales related action plans.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationship with relevant government authorities
- Put in place and keep high efficiency of market information and industry intelligence system.
- Liaison with other BV countries, Technical Centers and related BLs to get the necessary support
- Create a comprehensive and cohesive marketing presence to establish brand awareness across the country.
Position Qualifications
• Degree, Diploma or equivalent Qualification in Marketing or relevant field.
- CIM or SLIM Qualification would be definite advantage
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in a high volume customer support environment
- Customer centricity paired with deep market understanding
- Self –motivated proactive and open-minded personality
- Excellent communications and presentation skills on all levels.
- High degree of flexibility and capabilities to handle various tasks in parallel including prioritization
