Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Formix in Colombo. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Business Communication and Account Management skills
- Proven track record of successful business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
