Job Description

• Responsibilities

➢ Identify potential customers and increase Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, and Heating Equipment.

➢ Prepare techno-commercial offers, manage sales contract negotiations, and order closures.

➢ Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize sales of new products.

➢ Collaborate with Principals and Associates to develop sales strategies and business plans.

➢ Optimize customer relationships, manage information sheets, and drive market share.

➢ Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to enhance business verticals.

• Requirements

➢ 2-5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales in Sri Lanka & Maldives.

➢ Degree/Diploma in relevant fields, excellent industry rapport, and market intelligence.

➢ Proficiency in local language, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

➢ Willingness to travel extensively for sales generation.
